As a rental property owner what's your horror story?

Friend told me yesterday about the property she just vacated on 6/1. The rented all winter. Went there yesterday to learn they had pet pigs that ate and destroyed all the furniture. They also care for three terminally ill foster kids and didn't clean up after them when they were ill.
