Why is press secretary Gibbs so sarcastic? He is there to provide information and answer to us after all!?

He recently answered a legitimate question with a smart-alec " There is no fedex tracking number" to a reporter. Do you think we need this at our time of crisis after crisis with more on the way? We the people do not have a clue about what this administration is up to.
