PPLEASE ANYONE help me please?!?!?

ok my bird inbred and i figured that out today. Now the female is acting funny and she can't climb because of the load i ume. but now i just looked under her and now she has a huge pink blob.... im not sure if this is the egg forming or a bad result due to breeding of the same bloodline..They are siblings.... What do i do????? shud i let her be or what?
