Can a half White / half Black person, be a White person?

If you are black you are black. If you are white you are white. If you are half you are half. You are neither black nor white. You are milano. Whether you feel that whites will accept you as white and are worried about that then you got a problem. You shouldn't worry about that and expect people to accept you based on your skin color, IMO that is superficial and moronic. You need to accept yourself and that is all. I agree with mr shinja's comment.
