Growing fear of needles.?

You Know needles freak me out too. I had people when I was younger who gave me shots were pretty rough with me. Telling me it won't hurt doesn't help. When I have to get blood drawn I ask the person drawing he blood that I have rolling and deep veins to make him aware so he can use different techniques to both get the blood and not be a nightmare on elm street for me or any
