How can I combine 4 coaxial cables into one line? Should I use two joiners, or is there a special part to get?

It won't work, by adding multiple antennas to a single cable you are removing any benefit from having a directional antenna. It is however possible to get either an antenna switch box or a motor box to rotate an antenna (some come with memory so they point in certain preset directions).
