Ok um the guy who im talkin to made a tape should i stay or go?

What you know about him now is a forewarning about the mess you would potentially get yourself into should you decide to "stay"...Your friends are right to tell you. He could be facing child charges if those pictures find their way to the police. But you want to be the 'lucky' girl to proudly stand next to him and call yourself his girlfriend? Do yourself a huge favor and cut ANY AND ALL contact with him. And how about taking a break from the boys for a while too? You don't need a boyfriend right now. You need to spend time focusing on doing well in school and your future. Learn to expect better of and for yourself and, maybe it will become easier for you to spot those guys who don't really respect you.I have to wonder why your parents allow you to do this to yourself. :(
