Hypothetically, what if all the Generals connected to the AFP mess killed themselves, what will happen?

I know it is very unlikely that a scenario like this will happen in the Philippines. But we also didn't think Gen. Reyes will do what he did but he done it. Now if the scenario that all the accused Generals shot themselves one by one. What does it mean? To me it only shows that the corruption is much bigger than themselves. That it probably reach the highest echelon of the State. No less than the commander in chief at that time. But probing a President in this country is not going to be easy.
