Trouble Formatting Hard Drive?

You don't format your drive by deleting them. You put in your Windows cd, restart the computer and let it boot from the cd. It will give you the option to REFORMAT and REINSTALL windows. If it doesn't boot from the cd just by placing it in there and restarting, watch the screen as it boots up to see which F key you have to press to change where you boot from.
