What do you think is the correct term for my friend's ethnicity?

My friend currently lives in the Philippines. Her maternal grandfather's mom is a pure Spaniard & her paternal grandmother is also a half-Spaniard while their other halves are pure Filipinos. Can she still be considered as Hispanic or Eurasian?
