My Car Would Not Start When Parked in The Sun!!!?

It sounds like the fuel is either evaporating in the line or the fuel primer/pump is going out. I would specifically refer to those parts when taking it in. It's possible that it is a sensor, (warm start sensor), if it clicks but won't turn over, it's more likely a sensor, if it turns over like it wants to start, but sounds like maybe it's not getting fuel, it's likely the fuel issue I mentioned above.
