Am I being underpaid?

I work in Human Resources. My geographical location is the Ohio Valley. I make $27,000.00 salary a year. I do not have a college degree but I do have college hours under my belt. I have been in my position a year. My primary reponsibilities are payroll, ett Management, I am Facility Administrator, I coordinate our company's certification process. I manage our company's fleet of vehicles, I verify commission dollars, I order all office supplies for the company and I coordinate with companny vendors. Am I being underpaid?
