Does this appear to be a seperation of church and state?

Perhaps this is merely a matter of false representation. I don't see how a physician can be faulted if his advertisements and in-office materials make it clear he has a bias and will not provide certain services to certain people. That's the libertarian in me. I'm sure, however, that a physician that openly stated their bias would lose a great deal of business and even shrink their employee pool. But such is the consequence of being a bigot.
