I need to rotate a brush in photoshop CS2!?

I am trying to rotate my brush in Photoshop CS2. I looked it up online and in Help. It looks like there is supposed to be a little section below the brush menu (F5) but nothing is there. Did I maybe press something that would get rid of that? If so, is there a way to get it back? Or is ther a different way to do it? Please help!! Thanks!
