Is it worth getting a laptop speed optimization?

Hey so I got a Toshiba Satellite laptop from American TV last year in August so about a year ago it came with a free speed optimization within one year of purchase. I got stuff like microsoft word, grand theft auto 4 and frostwire on it ive cleared history, cookies, disk cleanup and defragment. So with what ive done so far is it worth bringing in they say theyre backed up so could take two weeks. I was also wondering if i could delete microsoft one note
