MMmm relationship problem?

Hey guys, so i finally found the girl that i really like on myspace. i've been talking to her about 5-6 days and asked for her number. and u know when their on myspace when we message we can see if they read it or not. Well i just sent a message saying ''Do you mind if i have your number? I get bored sometimes and maybe we can text? or talk? haha'' and i saw the message being read by her but she didnt reply. What should i do at this moment?
