Please, help with english.........?

hi everyone. i got some problems with my english. how should i say if something happens not in the house? "outdoors", "outside", "in the street". ex. "it is cold today outside" is it correct? Or "it is cold today in the street". and also. what preposition should i use with clothes? e.g. "i will be IN the green t-shirt in the club" . "i will be IN white cap and IN gray trousers on the beach". is it right? and what verb should i use with footwear? "i have nice sneakers. I wear them every day" is it correct.
