Who in San Diego can design a costume?

I am thinking ahead to comic-con next year and I am looking for someone to design a particular costume. Is there anyone who can design a genuine futuristic Batman Beyond costume in San Diego. This is the suit that Bruce Wayne's protege Terry McGuiness wears. I want a replica that looks genuine, not the cheap 40 dollar knock offs at a Target. I don't think there is a genuine replica of this batman, but if anyone knows of someone in San Diego who can design this costume please let me know.
