Your nitrogen cycle is not complete. And define water parameters...anything above zero is toxic, not "fine". Test strips are also inaccurate so I hope you are using test drops. Don't treat for ich unless you see it on the fish, its a parasite, not a bacteria. You'll see it if the fish have it.
